The sole aim of Midas is to train the youth, especially the young women who are more likely to be abused when not equipped with any profitable skill. The organizational structure and the level of leadership provide the key to the social protection of these individuals helping to achieve sustainable growth from multinational poverty a root cause of social injustices.
The level of growth and commitment exhibited by these young ones is an indication that MIDAS is a social enterprise that is positive and forward-looking. MIDAS equips these young people with skillset relevant in contemporary workspace. These include tailoring, designing and embroideries. The step by step approach adopted made MIDAS a well diversified center to equip young women from every community.

We have already demonstrated conspicuously how we would like to transform the MIDAS SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CENTER into a much more creative and innovative training hub accredited with all necessary state accreditations to be able to roll up technical and vocational skills training from Artificial intelligence in Agricultural, designing, tailoring to embroidery, then unto manufacturing of local-made artefacts and materials as bags, footwear and others. This is intended to achieve double targets. First, to provide as a source of livelihood for the learners. Second, these products are at to serve as a pool for donations to the less privileged in the society.
For example, during the peak of CoVID-19 in Ghana, MIDAS SKILLS sewed dozens of nose masks for free distribution to all and sundry within the operational environment of Center. Again, the Center is also committed to sewing school uniforms for less-endowed (orphans) within their catchment area. These were possible due to the instrumental leadership of and vision plan of Midas.
As we continue support these learners through the provision of skill set that has the potential to make them independent providers once they graduate. The real impact is the propensity to pick young men and women without any skills and help them through skill identification based of their creativity and innovative minds ,various skills and transforming them into professionals through the Midas youths programs.
We put special emphasis on our educational work in the solar sector. For instance
-Vocational training on sustainable farming and using technology to advance Agriculture (We will train young people on sustainable farm. They will receive education on sustainable cultivation and livestock farming as well as basic knowledge on business administration and management.
Entrepreneurial learning has never been more important. The growing youth population, rising unemployment in many countries, along with changes in the labour market and economy due to technological developments, are just some of the reasons why future generations will need entrepreneurial skills and mindsets to cope with a changing world.
At Midas we believes that entrepreneurial learning offers a realistic and effective means to develop the transferable skills needed to succeed in the 21st century,this will Promote vocational training and youth employment.
More young men and women have been integrated into the labour market and have adequate employment.
Most qualifications contain competence areas are based on the needs of the professional field and working life, or those who already have a qualification, or have gained skills and know-how through work, Midas skill educational program is mainly arranged as competence-based qualifications. A person who wishes to complete a competence-based qualification is usually required to have a job where the professional skills required for the qualification can be proven.
