August is a time to refocus, learn, practise and grow. It is also a good time for young people to begin developing employable skills that can support personal growth, creativity, confidence and career development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This month, MIDAS continues to encourage learners to embrace practical vocational training through hands-on learning. Our goal remains clear: <strong>Learn \u2022 Practice \u2022 Excel.<\/strong> Through guided training, learners gain the opportunity to build real skills, improve their confidence and prepare for brighter futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welcome-to-august-at-midas\">Welcome to August at MIDAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This new month is another chance to begin. It is a chance to ask questions, register for training and join a learning environment that supports growth through practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-new-month-to-learn-practice-and-excel\">A New Month to Learn, Practice and Excel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The MIDAS slogan, <strong>Learn \u2022 Practice \u2022 Excel<\/strong>, reflects the journey every learner can take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, learners are introduced to skills, materials and processes. Then, they practise through guided classroom activities and hands-on sessions. Finally, they improve through repetition, correction and consistent effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This approach helps learners understand that success is not built in one day. It comes through learning, practice and commitment. August is another opportunity to begin that journey with focus and determination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-practical-vocational-training-for-real-opportunities\">Practical Vocational Training for Real Opportunities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>MIDAS Skill Development &amp; Training Center focuses on practical vocational training because skills can open doors to opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through hands-on learning, learners can gain confidence and experience in creative and career-focused areas. Practical training helps students understand how to apply what they learn, create useful products and build abilities that can support future employment, self-employment and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical and vocational education plays an important role in skills development. Ghana\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/gtvets.gov.gh\/\">Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training<\/a> states that its primary responsibility is to regulate, promote and administer TVET for transformation, innovation and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-admissions-ongoing-at-midas\">Admissions Ongoing at MIDAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Admissions are ongoing at MIDAS Skill Development &amp; Training Center for learners who are ready to start building practical skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This August, prospective learners and parents are encouraged to contact MIDAS for more information about available training opportunities.
