Despite its vibrant economy, many residents face challenges in accessing quality education and employment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intervention:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, MIDAS launched a targeted program in Accra to address these challenges. The program focused on three key areas: fashion design, cosmetology, and music. Participants were selected based on their interest and potential, with a focus on reaching marginalized groups, including women and youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Implementation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fashion Design:<\/strong> Participants learned essential skills such as pattern making, sewing, and garment construction. The program also covered business aspects, including marketing and customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cosmetology:<\/strong> Trainees received instruction in hair styling, makeup artistry, and skincare.
